Application

This product is a polymer with super-strong intermolecular self-association ability, which is copolymerized from acrylamide and various functional monomers. In a proton environment with a concentration of HCl as high as 20% (w/w), it still has a strong ability to rapidly increase viscosity and form viscoelastic colloids. The colloid has stable performance at a temperature of 120°C, low pipeline friction, strong cracking ability, strong sand-carrying ability, no polymer residue in residual acid, low content of inorganic salt precipitation, little damage to fracture conductivity, and no bacterial invasion , easy to use, suitable for acidizing and acid fracturing reconstruction of low permeability oil and gas reservoirs.

Operating guide

1. dosage:0.6% ~ 1.5%;or according to the needs of the formation condition.

2 .usage:According to the designed thickened acid component percentage (w/v), add acid solutions containing different concentrations of HCl into the liquid distribution tank. Choose pipelines, jet guns and pumps that are resistant to 20% HCl. Turn on the pump until sufficient negative pressure is formed and start slowly inhaling the agent with a hose. The specific inhalation speed is subject to no agglomeration and no fish eyes. Maintain the stirring state for about 20 minutes, the apparent viscosity of the solution will increase greatly, and the liquid can be used as acidified acid-pressed thickened acid after standing still for 4 hours.
