Application

     FBG-12 is used as a breaker in water based fracturing fluids. It can not only maintain the sand-carrying performance during construction, but also maintain the return flow performance after construction. Ordinary breakers degrade in direct contact with polymers in fracturing fluids, seriously affecting the performance of fracturing fluids, and even leading to construction failures. While FBG-12 contains high-efficiency fracturing fluid breaker, which can reduce the viscosity of fracturing fluid and fluid return, while maintaining viscosity during construction.

Operating guide

Dosage:0.01%-0.5%(w/v), could be determined according to the actual formula test results.

Usage: The product can be mixed with fracturing fluid gel, proppant or other additives in the sand mixing truck by dry powder pump or mixing bucket, and then discharged into the high-pressure pump truck.

1.Using 25kg or 200L plastic barrel for packing.could be adjusted according to the client;

2.Store in cool and dry places;

3.Quality guarantee period:24 months;

4. Transport as low toxic and non-flammable, prevent sun and rain ;

5. Should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse.
