This product is a new type of non-residue and low-harm fracturing fluid produced by using a synthetic polymer thickener with intermolecular self-association ability, multifunctional monomers and auxiliary agents. Without the use of traditional vegetable gum thickeners, it forms a viscoelastic colloid without any chemical cross-linking agents. The gel can be used as a fracturing fluid, and has the characteristics of fast dissolution, strong sand-carrying ability, no residue, little damage to fracture conductivity, no bacterial invasion, small friction, and strong anti-interference ability of calcium and magnesium ions. It can be mixed intermittently or continuously, and is suitable for fracturing stimulation of low permeability reservoirs.
1:Suitable for fracturing low permeability reservoirs;
2:Can be batch or continuous mixed with water containing more than 600mg/L calcium and magnesium without considering the bacterial content;
3:The fracturing fluid gel has low apparent viscosity and low friction, which is conducive to thin tubular column;
4:Good viscoelasticity,strong shear resistance, strong sand carrying capacity, and can still have suspension ability after continuous shear for a certain time;
5:Prevents fluid loss in the matrix filtration zone by its own elasticity,the filtration loss and filtration coefficient were almost equal to chemical crosslinked plant gum;
6:Almost no residue after fracturing fluid is broken, and the damage of conductivity is generally less than 10%;
7:Particularly suited for horizontal well operations: it delivers proppant farther horizontally and diffuses more efficiently vertically;
8:The low-damage feature gives it an advantage in narrow propped fractures in low-permeability reservoirs and refracturing in old Wells.
