The fracturing fluid is formulated from a variety of functional monomers, and has strong viscosifying and anti-interference capabilities. It can be directly prepared with seawater to avoid the erosion of bacteria on the base fluid. The product uses specific thickeners and additives to formulate fracturing fluids directly from seawater at offshore fracturing sites and can be used for fracturing reservoir temperatures up to 160°C.
The product has the following characteristics: fast dissolution rate, strong sand-carrying ability, no residue, small crack diversion damage, no bacterial damage, and small friction. It can be mixed batch or continuous, and is suitable for offshore fracturing operations.
1: Can be prepared directly with seawater, the base fluid will not be corroded by bacteria;
2: Fast swelling, can be mixed continuously or in batches;
3: Low apparent viscosity and small friction, which is beneficial to long pipeline fracturing operations;
4: Good viscoelasticity, strong shear resistance, strong sand-carrying capacity, and good suspension capacity;
5: After the fracturing fluid is broken, there is almost no residue, and the electrical conductivity damage is generally less than 10%;
6: It is especially suitable for horizontal well operations: the proppant is transported farther horizontally and the vertical diffusion is more efficient;
Company Service:
Our professional technical service team has been engaged in reservoir stimulation, oilfield chemical additives research and technical services for a long time.
Since 2000, the team has been working on the research of a new generation of fracturing fluid, and has achieved new results. In 2005, the pilot construction was carried out, and phased results were achieved, and a good production increase effect was achieved.
At present, the new fracturing fluid is being continuously developed and upgraded, and various technical indicators are rapidly improving.
