Application

Fluidity is one of the most important and basic technical indexes of fracturing fluid, and also the the key to the success of fracturing construction.

Based on the mechanism of thickener SWA-1 and other additives at sea, We designed the product specifically to reduce shear stress at low shear rates or at rest, thereby increasing colloidal solution mobility.

This product reduces viscosity and increases fluidity in seawater based fracturing fluids at low temperatures.

It is used to reduce the apparent viscosity at low temperature, and the rheology and sand carrying performance at high temperature are not affected.

Operating guide

For batch mixing :The product can be first added to the seawater used to prepare fracturing fluid, the general dosage is 0.2% ~ 0.5%(v/v), The specific dosage is based on the experimental results of the formula.
For continuous mixing: The product can be added to the mixing vehicle/sand mixing vehicle with other additives according to the prescribed proportion.
