The fracturing fluid is prepared from a variety of functional monomers, which has strong viscosity increasing ability and anti-interference ability.It can be directly prepared with seawater to avoid the erosion of the base solution caused by bacteria.The product uses specific thickeners and additives to prepare fracturing fluids directly from seawater at offshore fracturing sites,which can be used for fracturing at up to 160℃ reservoir temperatures.
The product has the following characteristics: fast dissolution, strong sand carrying capacity, no residue, low damage of crack conductivity, no bacterial damage, low friction. Available for batch or continuous mixing, suitable for offshore fracturing operations.
1:Can be prepared directly with seawater, and the base fluid will not be eroded by bacteria.;
2:Fast swelling speed ,can be continuously or batch mixed;
3:Low apparent viscosity and low friction, which is beneficial for long pipe-line fracturing operations.;
4:Good viscoelasticity, strong shear resistance, strong sand carrying capacity and good suspension capacity;
5:Almost no residue after fracturing fluid is broken, and the damage of conductivity is generally less than 10%;
6:Particularly suited for horizontal well operations: it delivers proppant farther horizontally and diffuses more efficiently vertically;
