Application

     FBG-12 is used as a breaker for water-based fracturing fluids. It not only maintain the sand carrying performance during construction but also flow-back performance after construction. The common breaker directly contacts with the polymer in the fracturing fluid and causes degrades, which seriously affects the fracturing fluid performance and even leads to construction failure.FBG-12 ,however ,contains highly effective fracturing fluid breaker that can reduce the viscosity of the fracturing fluid to flow-back while maintaining the viscosity during construction.

Operating guide

Dosage:0.01%-0.5%(w/v), could be determined according to the actual formula test results.

Usage: The product can be mixed with fracturing fluid gel, proppant or other additives in the sand mixing truck by dry powder pump or mixing bucket, and then discharged into the high-pressure pump truck.

Notices

1.Using 25kg or 200L plastic barrel for packing.could be adjusted according to the client;

2.Store in cool and dry places;

3.Quality guarantee period:24 months;

4. Transport as low toxic and non-flammable, prevent sun and rain ;

5. Should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse.
