Organic Borate Crosslinker HT-BC180

Application

      Organic borate crosslinker is a stable organic complex formed by using borax and polycarboxyl organic ligands under the action of chemical additives. The product is suitable for oil field Guar gum or hydroxypropyl guar gum water-based fracturing fluid, pH range 8 ~ 14, delay cross-linking time 1 ~ 10min adjustable. Its temperature resistance can reach 150℃.

      The crosslinker has the following characteristics: high temperature resistance and fine sand carrying performance.

Operating guide

dosage:0.3% ~ 0.5%(w/v);

Notices

1.Using 25kg or 200L plastic barrel for packing.could be adjusted according to the client;

2.Store in cool and dry places;

3.Quality guarantee period:24 months;

4. Transport as low toxic and non-flammable, prevent sun and rain ;

5. Should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse.
