The product is a new type of residue-free and low-damage fracturing fluid produced by a synthetic polymer thickener with the ability of intermolecular self-association using multi-functional monomers and supporting additives.Using no traditional plant gum thickener and forms a viscoelastic colloid without any chemical crosslinking agent.The gel can be used as a fracturing fluid with rapid dissolution, strong sand carrying capacity, no residue, low fracture conductivity damage, no bacterial invasion, low friction, and strong resistance to calcium and magnesium ion interference. It can be batch mixed or continuous mixed, suitable for fracturing improvements of low permeability reservoirs.
1: Suitable for fracturing low permeability reservoirs;
2: It can be mixed with water containing more than 600mg/L calcium and magnesium in batches or continuously, regardless of the bacterial content;
3: The apparent viscosity of the fracturing fluid gel is low, and the friction is small, which is beneficial to the thin column;
4: Good viscoelasticity, strong shear resistance, strong sand-carrying ability, and can still have suspension ability after continuous shearing for a certain period of time;
5: Prevent fluid loss in the matrix filtration area through its own elasticity, and the fluid loss and filtration coefficient are almost equivalent to chemically cross-linked vegetable gum;
6: There is almost no residue after the fracturing fluid is broken, and the conductivity damage is generally less than 10%;
7: Especially suitable for horizontal well operations: the proppant is transported farther horizontally, and the vertical diffusion is more efficient;
